WEM is administered by a voluntary Board of Directors from various church organizations and different professions to ensure that a holistic and varied thought to lead WEM. The Board is made of 7 permanent members from KZN and Gauteng. External support on subject matters is provided from reliable sources outside the Board.

WEM has adopted a strategy of working through vetted and approved churches and organizations in Asia that share its vision. These are viewed as partners and personal relationships with the leaders of these organizations are prioritized through regular contact and visits.
Key in partnering with these organizations include integrity, accuracy to the Gospel message, well established structures, astute management and financial controls, compliance to governmental requirements and legislation in their countries and most importantly, a clear demonstration of God-lead assignments.
We currently connect with organizations in North India, Rajasthan and Bihar.
WEM is also developing partnerships with organizations in Delhi, Kolkata and Mumbai.
